SHIPPING / DELIVERY OF GOODS
pon confirming your order, myFabric’s team will process your order and send you mail that informs you of your order’s dispatch. Your order will be sent to you by our courier service during working hours and days (Monday - Friday, 09: 00-19: 00).
Under our base of Associate delivery schedule courier deliveries are as follows:
• Within Attica on the day following receipt of the goods by the carrier.
• From town to town in 1 to 2 working days within the company network, starting from the receipt of the goods by the carrier.
The ELTA Courier and its partners take all necessary measures to ensure valid delivery to you of all products ordered on the basis of the above schedule. It can not be held responsible for any delays due to force of nature or events beyond its control. Illustrative is not responsible for delay in delivery causes for delays in customs, intermediate loading and unloading facilities, transport strikes or other strikes that affect the delivery of goods to our warehouses of our suppliers etc.
In case of any delay, myFabric, will contact you to provide updates and will make every effort to solve the problem.
• The cost for orders under 30 €, amounts to 3 €.
• If you select a payment method of cash on delivery, then the cost has an additional charge of 2€
If there is a shortage or unavailability of the product you have ordered, then a representative from our company will contact you within the same day, to inform you and find the best solution for your convenience (order cancellation, select another product etc.).
